This weekend, 9/10 May 2015.

This weekend at the lake has been mixed weather with dull skies and rain, with sunny spells.

Plenty of Robins around.

Squirrel

Lady Mallard.

Cormorant on the large island, drying his wings.

Proud mum Coot with chicks.

 Only Baby Mallard duckling left at the moment.

Greylag goose

There was a taster session on the big lake for the real yacht club with plenty of takers.

On the Cafe balcony on Saturday was a meeting of Husky owners, 

I was told this last one is a Malamute, a slightly different type, and a bit more laid back, on the internet it is claimed that they can pull .5 to 1.5 tons depending on their size, Wow!.

 Pepe could just about pull the skin off a rice pudding>

Spotted this in the undergrowth, is it a Water vole or a small rat?, very similar but it's all in the ears I believe, still I snapped it and saw it in fact!!, these Plastic lens in my eyes are quite good hey.

 This little Robin even sat on my boot, as I was having a drink at the cafe, very tame wasn't bothered about Pepe sat there as well.
