Good week up to now, 4-7.3.2023.

 Monday went down the Vale, road works there but managed to get down alright.

Looks like someone has built a hide.

Long tailed tits on the feeders.

Not seen these reed buntings there before.

The road to the Vale was blocked on Wednesday so it was back down to Gorton Lower Ressers, looks nice but still quite cold.

The Maggies love my monkey nuts!. 

Got to hide these before the squirrels see them and get back for the others I left there.

A juvenile swan, new kid on the block until the residents see it and see it off, no leg rings on it so can't tell where its from.

Then  it was off to the Windmill at Denton, lovely grub, didn't have any vouchers but it was still worth it.  

Today Thursday, first it was off to Home bargains at the Snipe for Sunflower hearts for my Goldfinches, of course once in there you can't come out without £20+ bag can you!

Then it was off to the Bridge View Café at Portland Basin Museum., our regular haunt now on Thursdays, and an added bonus on Thursdays there, is my mate and neighbour Chris.

Don't worry if you missed him today, he's there again next Thursday!.  

Out on the canal there was a trip just leaving on the narrow boat.

Takes some turning without a bow thruster.

Couple of long ones there too today.

So a good week up to now, watch someone spoil it!.
