Pepe and I have had a busy couple of days just gone.
Saturday we went to the Lake and as you can see from the video quite busy for a Saturday.
Then on Sunday it was dinner at John's and a discussion on his boat Build which is proving to be quite tricky as there is a fault on the plan's, Model Slipway have noted this mistake and have said they have made an entry to this fact on the instructions for others who follow!.
Monday it was a trip with Ruth my youngest granddaughter to Derwent Valley where she took plenty of bird pictures with her Lumix camera, the zoom lens very useful here. Nice change to have company besides Pepe, he's nice and doesn't answer back but you need human company sometimes don't you!.
This is one of mine, my AKA Duckie!
Ruth and Pepe
Ruth didn't know about the Dam Busters practising here, before the raid proper!.
She hasn't seen the film either, will be looking out for it now she say's.
Then it was on to Castleton where we had afternoon tea and toasted teacakes
Dogs welcome sign.
Pepe ignoring Jack Russell on next table, Good boy!.
A few small jobs on the modelling front done.
Life-raft canisters and stands made up, messy jobs with the vacuum moulded canisters!.
Template made for the motor mount which will be Aluminium plate
Wing nuts put on tool box.
Not much modelling, but the weather has been too nice for a change!.

Two blondes walking down the street and they find a make-up compact. The first blonde opens it and looks in and say's "That face is familiar, but I can't put a name to it!"
The second blonde grabs the compact and looks into the mirror and say's "You stupid woman that's me!"
"I can't find the cause of your illness" say's the doctor.
"But I think it may be due to the drinking"
"In that case" said the blonde, "I'd come back when your sober"
Boom Boom
