It was Reddish Vale again for me yesterday, it was nice and quiet, sunny as well. though the lack of rain is causing a lot of duck weed on both top and lower ponds.
This young heron on the top mill pond was only a few yards away from me, so I took advantage of that.
Asleep with one eye open!.
Little Grebe on top mill pond.
Hand feeding the pigeons, as though I had any choice!.
There was only one big Terrapin out on the day.
A Woodie telling a pigeon off, "I was here first push off"
Lower mill pond with an older Heron.
My favourite bench on the lower mill pond.
Not sure what these blue berries are, but there are loads of them about if your interested.
Back home a young starling in the garden competing with dozens of house sparrows.
My bushes have lots of red and yellow berries on which the blackbirds love during the winter.
This is my friend coming for her evening treat, she enjoys the two gardens to explore and she keeps the cats away from my bird feeders.
I finally got one of the new £1 coins!.
Friend Jean got it me!
Missed the blood moon, only got it later when it came into view from my garden, very bright but not Red!!.
